Q. My advert is not on the site - why can't I find it ?
A. Check that you sent your text to 60300 and that your message started with SIBT (or one of our other keywords). Check if you have had a text from us giving your advert reference and telling you what classification it has been placed into in case we classified it incorrectly. If the text from us says your advert will be processed soon then it will be in the New Unclassified Adverts (click on the link on the home page).

Q. My advert is in the wrong category - how do I change it ?
A. If the ad was sent in less than 48 hours ago then it may be reclassified by one of our staff as we do check each and every advert placed, however if your ad has been classified incorrectly you can let us know right away - use the form on the Contact Us page and don't forget to quote the advert reference.

Q. Can I change the photo on my advert ?
A. Yes, using the same mobile phone as the original advert take another photo and text it to 60300, starting your message with CARS and the 5-character advert reference from your original advert and the new photo will replace the old one.

Q. How long is my advert displayed for ?
A. 30 days unless you ask us to remove it earlier. Once it has been deleted we retain a copy for auditing purposes but you can't reactivate the advert, you have to place a new one.

Q. What if I sell the item - can I delete my advert before the 30 days is up ?
A. Yes, send a text to 60300 starting your message with KILL and the advert reference.

Q. Can I readvertise my item if it does not sell ?
A. Yes, you can advertise it as many times as you want and as often as you want

Q. How much does the advert cost me ?
A. Adverts cost only 50p unless they are for cars, other vehicles or property in which case they cost £1.50
